Q: Is this for real?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you have permission to use the NOAA emblem?
A: Yes. NOAA Cycling received permission in 2008 to use the NOAA emblem from the administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Vice Admiral Conrad C. Lautenbacher and National Weather Service (NWS) Director Jack Hayes.

Q:
Can anyone buy a NOAA jersey or is it just for NOAA employees?
A: Anyone can buy a NOAA jersey.

Q: I ride a recumbent bike. Do you offer a recumbent style jersey with pockets in the front?
A: Yes. Just order the jersey you want and when you check out write a note indicating you would like the jersey in the recumbent style.

Q: Who designed the jersey?
A: The design was a collaborative effort between LT Mark Van Waes (NOAA Ship Ferdinand R. Hassler -- Mission Manager Representative Seattle, WA) and Steve Anderson (National Weather Service Hydrometeorological Technician - Monterey)

Q: Who will be making the NOAA Jersey?
A: The NOAA Cycling Jersey is made by Champion Systems.

Q: How does the jersey fit compared to other company's like Voler?
A: The "Club Fit" is true to size and the "Race Fit" is truly race fit (snug) This page will show you how other jersey manufactures compare to each other regarding size and fit. If you are a tall rider and are near the upper end of your size range it would be a good idea to go up a size (the jerseys are a little shorter that most).

Q: Do I have to order the whole kit?
A: No. You can order just the jersey or even just the cycling cap.

Q: If I race can I list NOAA Cycling as my Club/Team?
A: Yes. NOAA Cycling is a official registered USA Cycling Club.
